Anxiety Symptoms - Understanding and controlling them

Anxiety symptoms are of a very wide range and can vary from mild to very severe. Anxiety symptoms can also set in multiples and need not be singular in nature. They can occur sporadically, intermittently or even persistently with a possibility of all combinations occurring at the same time. Anxiety symptoms are associated with anxiety attacks, anxiety, panic attacks (akin to anxiety attacks), stress disorders, anxiety disorders, and depression and sleep disorders. The symptoms vary from person to person due to their unique chemical make up. Also, the symptoms will vary in type and intensity from person to person. The most common of anxiety symptoms are related to bodily and emotional aspects of a person.
